§11. Booking & Requests
Submitting our form constitutes a booking request. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our concierge via email or WhatsApp.
§22. Requirements
A valid passport and a driver's license (national or international) are required. Minimum age and driving experience terms will be clarified during the booking confirmation.
§33. Payment & Deposit
Rental costs and potential security deposits must be paid at pickup or as agreed upon confirmation. We accept cash and major credit cards.
§44. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used responsibly. Only authorized drivers listed in the contract may operate the car. Usage for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
§55. Insurance
Basic or Premium insurance packages are explained during booking. Exclusions and deductibles apply based on the selected package.
§66. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
